Questions Before Buying Industrial Generators
Understand equipment availability, inspection records and quotation terms before selecting a unit.
Availability, Inspection and Terms
Can you provide an EXW or FOB quotation?
We normally discuss EXW or FOB China terms. Buyers can appoint their own freight forwarder. Exact responsibilities, documents and handover arrangements are confirmed in the quotation and purchase agreement.
Are all listed models available in stock?
No. Our website distinguishes equipment listings from model information for sourcing requests. Each actual unit’s availability is reconfirmed before quotation. A model-series page is not evidence of current stock.
Can you verify a used engine’s operating hours?
We share the records available for the specific unit and identify their sources. Hour-meter readings, ECM data and refurbishment records may not prove the same thing. If original lifetime hours cannot be established, we will state that clearly.
Can I request a load test?
Depending on the unit and preparation required, a running video, remote inspection or load test can be discussed. Scope, timing, cost and acceptance criteria are agreed for each order.
Do you supply both new and used generators?
We mainly work with used and refurbished industrial equipment and can check selected new generator options based on actual specifications and availability.
What information should I send?
Start with equipment type, model or kW/kVA range, voltage, frequency, quantity, condition and destination. If a technical detail is unknown, choose Not sure and clarify it before quotation.
What warranty and delivery time apply?
Warranty, preparation, delivery and after-sales arrangements depend on the selected unit and order. Only the terms confirmed in the quotation or purchase agreement apply.
Can I visit or arrange third-party inspection?
Contact us to confirm the exact equipment location, access, inspection scope, fees and appointment before making travel or inspection arrangements.
