Can I get a video inspection before ordering?
Yes. Buyers can request WhatsApp video, running videos, nameplate photos and test-area evidence before confirming a unit.
What running-hour information can be provided?
When available, HXH Power can share hour-meter photos and condition notes. Buyers do not need to rely on text claims alone for used equipment.

Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. Buyers can use their own forwarder, or ask HXH Power to quote FOB or CIF depending on the order.

Typical export files include invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and any destination-specific documents agreed before shipment.
How do I start as a distributor?
Send your country, buyer type, monthly or quarterly demand, preferred brands and common power range. HXH Power can then share a more relevant dealer stock pack.
How quickly will HXH Power respond?
HXH Power aims to respond within 2 business hours for stock-list and CIF-price requests, especially when the inquiry includes model and destination.
What if I cannot find the model on the product page?
