Ask for condition proof before treating price as real
In a high-cost power market, price matters, but price without proof is weak information. A buyer should ask for files that connect the quoted unit to its real condition. For used diesel generators, that usually means engine and alternator nameplates, controller photos, radiator and base-frame photos, visible hours where available, refurbishment notes, and inspection or test video when the project justifies it.
Photos should also show the exact unit, not a similar generator from another batch. Export buyers should confirm frequency, voltage and phase early. A 50Hz unit and a 60Hz unit are not interchangeable for most practical projects. Voltage and connection details can also affect switchgear, transformer matching, installation work and whether the buyer needs technical changes before the unit is usable.

The supplier needs the destination port, equipment dimensions, approximate weight, quantity, loading method and whether the shipment can use a standard container, flat rack, open-top container or truck-to-port plan.
Buyers should also ask what is included in the export basis: packing, loading photos, documents, spare parts, loose accessories, test records and shipment updates.
